I am super excited to announce my first 8 week challenge. I had such great success and fun with 12 week challenges , I am ready to keep going at another one! Thank you so much for your interest and participation in this challenge. Below are the details of the challenge:
Entry fee is $200.
Includes a meal plan and workout plan. You will also have unlimited access to me and I will be your coach for the next 8 weeks so I can make changes if need be to fit your goals as we continue. You will have the option to be in a support group as well via Facebook and GroupMe chat, if enough participants agree.
Top winner gets a cash prize and 2nd place will earn free coaching with me.
A winner is selected by positivity and motivation, checkins, referrals , and your ability to follow the plan and instructions. As well as overall change and progress to your goal. It’s not going to based off a number of pounds lost because everyone is different . So pictures and participation are going to be important!
Checkins include weekly form emails/phone calls to me to let me know how you are doing and how you are feeling as well as for me to make changes if I need to make changes to ensure you see results. You will also upload pictures into the app dashboard weekly. YOU MUST CHECK IN! Not checking in with me gives me no room to effectively help you change your lifestyle and hit your goals. 2 missed check ins will disqualify you for a win.

Below is the Contact Me Section- send me your information and I will send you a link for payment and app access for the challenge. Payment is due before plan is sent and challenge begins- challenge will begin October 1. Sign up is due by September 21st with a deposit of $25, no refund, no exceptions. Once I receive a deposit, I will ask you a few questions to build the right challenge for you, and send it your way once FULL payment is received. You will start October 1st.
Super important you sign up early so your plan is custom to you. Any sign ups after Sept 21st will pay $250 to enter.
